Holiday Kilt Pins

This year I started creating pins in a different style for the shop. I always refer to this time of year as sweater season and every sweater deserves a good pin. I created a tutorial on safety pin brooches a few years ago but expanded the idea using kilt pins and shank buttons. This is the first brooch I completed. The turkeys are so perfect--

As much as I wish I could make more turkey pins, I had the worst time trying to find more and gave up. I've skipped directly to Christmas pins! The holidays will be here soon. Can you believe it's the last week of October already?
