Halloween Baby Kisses Quilt
I decided I wanted to make something fun the the house and stopped by the quilt shop to see what I could get into. I found a Halloween charm pack for $5.00. Bunny Hill Designs Spooky Delight. Being the thrifty chic I am, I went directly to the register with it!I decided to make one block of the 'Baby Kisses' quilt. Watched a Missouri Star Quilt Co video on YouTube and felt it was easy enough for someone of my quilting level... on a scale of 1 to 10, I'm a 0. But now I think I'm a quilting pro (just kidding)! The blocks were pretty easy. Using pre-cuts is definitely the way to go to save time and frustration as a newbie. My squares are all stitched up and ready for quilting and binding! 🙌 It's far from perfect, but everybody's gotta start somewhere right? I'm not going to fuss over the wonky spots. I'm just happy to have not lost my mind getting this this far... *sigh* I swore I would never try to quilt. I had no business walking into that quilt shop last year! I don't think this will be the end of my quilting journey. It was kinda fun. Especially on a small scale. Finished it all in one weekend :)
